Hey there, I’m Mark Lim!
My journey began with a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves. As a personal trainer and dietician for 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless individuals on their health journeys. From designing tailored workout routines to curating personalized nutrition plans, I’ve seen the transformative power of a holistic approach to well-being.
I’m an avid reader and love to cook. I try to live my life as natural and clean as possible and am all about the synergy between health, intellect, and style. Traveling is another hobby that I don’t get to enjoy enough anymore. I cherish the days of my early 20s backpacking Southeast Asia and hope to explore more countries soon.
Jay Reece

During the day I’m a freelance author and graphic designer specializing in the fashion, style, and health/wellness realm. I also own a small, full service barber shop in the Chicago land area where I still pop in to work my magic as a barber and stylist.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the basketball court playing a pick up game or grappling on the mats. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is my way of finding release and keeping me mentally disciplined. I also enjoy spending time with my two little ones as my family is my greatest accomplishment.

I’ve been a hairstylist and makeup artist for over a decade, transitioning from bustling salons and makeup counters to my own independent beauty consulting business.
Fashion and design are my passions, from tracking runway trends to sharing makeup tips. In my downtime, you’ll often find me hitting the gym or engaging in a high-energy cardio or spin class.
